A hot, but sweet dipping sauce.  Perfect for dipping.  Just as good drizzled over fish or cold meat.  Try it as a salad dressing with a splash of cider vinegar....pep up those boring leaves!
Make sticky chicken wings with some pured over for the last few moments in the oven (Don't let them burn!) Ditto cocktail sausages... or warm up a Camembert, dig a hole in the middle, and pour some golden deliciousness in the centre for people to dip bread, crudites (vegetable sticks for the rest of us).
